Plantation Fire confronts the cruel edifice of the plantation as it is rightfully consumed by fire and transformed into ash.
Rendered in an ultra-matte palette of raw charcoal and velvety black acrylics, the narrative intentionally breaks its boundaries, with scribble-like ancestor figures and deep red flames wrapping onto the frame to reclaim the space.
It is a tactile, urgent study of historical reckoning and ancestral shadow.
