It’s challenging having a space that’s not climate controlled. There are some new things I’ve been trying like getting up super early ( not quite 5am when it’s the coolest in our region). I’m trying out a portable AC unit, hopefully running it a few hours intermittently can provide some relief 😮💨 from this heat.
It’s easy to get lost in my lil homemade space with old holiday lights, a 1000 watt stereo system my dad gave me, my tufted rugs, random things I won’t part with, and paint everywhere.
The crunch for comfortable time is making me rethink how I use the space. I’m not a fan of deadlines, but maybe I need to be more focused when I come into my space. Maybe not, who knows. At least nothing is permanent, and soon I’ll be lamenting about the cold 🥶.
